Cancellation Policy

## Rental Payment, Cancellation, and Equipment Deposit Policy To secure your event date, a **50% non-refundable rental deposit** is required at the time of booking. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. A **refundable $500 equipment incidental deposit** is also required for all equipment rentals. This deposit is held to cover potential damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late returns, or other equipment-related incidentals. The remaining rental balance is due **24 hours prior to the scheduled event date**. If the final payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, the booking may be removed from our schedule, and the 50% rental deposit will be forfeited. The $500 incidental deposit will be refunded, provided no equipment has been released or service has been performed. Cancellations require at least **48 hours’ notice** prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the rental deposit. The refundable equipment incidental deposit will be returned as long as no equipment damage, missing items, or service-related charges apply. For completed events, the $500 incidental deposit refund will be processed within **48 hours after the service date**, provided all equipment is returned in the same condition it was provided and no additional charges are owed. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Customers are responsible for the care and security of all rental equipment during the rental period. Any damaged, lost, stolen, or unreturned equipment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the incidental deposit. If damages or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance. Customers are also responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the event location, including parking, loading areas, power access, and any necessary event-site permissions. Additional charges may apply for difficult load-ins, stairs, extended setup time, unsafe conditions, delayed access, or service requests beyond the original agreement. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new event date at our discretion when reasonable notice is provided.
